Send a thumb nail sized sample of your discontinued shade for us at LILIE to analyze color, texture and coverage, and we will create a match that will stay in our file. If you have ordered a custom blend from LILIE, Ltd before, we have your shade on file!

We suggest you send a sample for us to work with. If you decide not to send a sample the sale is final and adjustments cannot be made. As with any batch cosmetic production the color may vary slightly and with your sample we are able to make the necessary adjustments to re-create your favorite shade of lip color! After receiving your confirmation email, please: Enclose your lipstick tube, gloss, or wand container (yours will be returned to you with our matching product), or enclose a thumbnail-sized sample in a plastic baggie (DO NOT SMEAR COLOR ON PAPER as it often changes the shade). Next, place in a shipping envelope addressed to LILIE, Ltd Makeup Customized Cosmetics P.O. Box 20653 Cranston, Rhode Island, 02920 We will send you back your sample, along with two new tubes of your own custom-blended lipstick, gloss or wand!
